EYE DISEASES
In Ayurveda, eye diseases are collectively referred to as “Netra Rogas” and are believed to be influenced by imbalances in the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The eyes are primarily governed by the Alochaka Pitta, a sub-dosha of Pitta responsible for vision. Imbalances in this dosha, along with factors affecting Vata and Kapha, can lead to various eye disorders.
