HAIRFALL
Hairfall, or hair loss, is a common concern addressed in Ayurveda under the term “Khalitya” or “Indralupta.” Ayurveda attributes hairfall to an imbalance in the body’s doshas—primarily Pitta and Vata doshas—along with poor diet, lifestyle factors, and stress.
