OBESITY
In Ayurveda, obesity is known as “Medoroga” or “Sthoulya,” and it is considered a disorder of fat metabolism. It is primarily associated with an imbalance of the Kapha dosha, although Vata and Pitta doshas can also play a role. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to managing obesity, focusing on diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies, and therapies to restore balance and promote overall health.
